We couldn't get our original source of beef to make our Sad Calfé, so we've started doing our own!  We've taken lean, ground premium beef mince, seasoned and cooked it just right.  Then, atop our great tasting Pizza Sauce, we combine it with some mozzarella cheese, red onions, red capsicums and top all of this with blue vein cheese.  You don't have to be a blue vein fan to love this pizza, since it's the combined taste that makes it a winner!
